Jane Ross

Jane grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area dancing from an early age. She studied dance at Mills College then later at the University of North Carolina earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. She taught dance for several years in North Carolina, teaching jazz, tap, ballet, modern, hip hop, musical theatre and song and dance. After moving to Canada, Jane successfully operated her own studio for 20 years, including a competitive dance group, Images Dance Company. She sold her studio and retired to Las Vegas in 2009. In 2012 she joined the Sun City Dance Company and began teaching for the company, later becoming Director. Following her second retirement in 2021, Jane agreed to act as a substitute teacher.
